BRM Property Services Completes NHS Wellbeing Garden in Lincolnshire

BRM Property Services has completed a new NHS wellbeing space in Lincolnshire, working alongside NHS Property Services to turn a previously neglected area into a practical garden for staff.
A Practical Project
The land had been unused for years and needed full clearance before work could begin. Our construction works teams carried out ground preparation, installed new pathways, and created planting areas designed for low maintenance. Despite poor weather conditions during delivery, the project was completed on schedule and to specification.
The new garden now gives NHS staff a safe, welcoming space to step outside, take a break, or meet with colleagues. It is a straightforward addition to the site, but one that brings long-term value for those working there.
Teamwork on Site
Delivering the scheme required input from across BRM Property Services. Our building maintenance teams ensured that the new features were durable and met compliance standards, while our facilities management specialists coordinated day-to-day activity with NHSPS staff.
The project relied on clear communication between all parties, which helped keep delivery efficient and disruption to a minimum.
